Return Policy
At Twilly23, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. After receiving your return, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days via the original method of payment.
Please contact us before returning any item(s). We will not accept nor be responsible for returns that we did not authorize. Returns of in-stock items in re-saleable condition will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) if the return is made within thirty days of purchase.
Re-saleable condition means the item(s) must be in the original, un-damaged packaging, along with any accessories, parts and instructions.
Returns of special ordered items will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling and a 15% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You are responsible to pack and ship the item(s) in such a way as to ensure their safe and intact arrival.
