Felt eyes are fun but I’m really grooving on using buttons lately. My Twilly23 Monsters are made from up-cycled materials and they’re 100% original. They are selling well in shops in Portland. Processing Time
Normal processing time is 1-3 business days for in stock items. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks to create your item. Upon completion your item will be mailed out within 1-3 business days.
Shipping – Domestic Orders
All USA orders come with free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping – International Orders
International orders will be charged extra for shipping. Items will be shipped via Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for international fees such as import duties, taxes, etc. Shipping prices vary according to country. Please email us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
Return Policy
At Twilly23, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. After receiving your return, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days via the original method of payment.
